We are proud to participate in the reconstruction project of McDonald's on Sevastopolska Square

The McDonald's restaurant on Sevastopolska Square in Kyiv was opened in 1997. It was closed for renovation in September 2024. During the renovation, the number of seats was increased to 121 in the hall and 156 on the summer terrace, and the area of the restaurant was expanded by about 100 m². Self-service terminals were installed in the restaurant's hall, and McDrive was modernized with digital menu boards, an additional order window, and two new parking spaces for cars.

About Us

The company was founded in 2017. The main specialization is the development of design and design estimates for engineering complex construction projects. For more than 8 years of experience in designing industrial and civil facilities, the company has gained experience and expertise in the following areas: preparation of tasks for collecting initial data (topographic surveys, engineering and geological surveys, technical inspection of structures, etc.) development of pre-project proposals, including the formation of technical and economic indicators necessary for financial calculations development of project documentation for further examination and for construction and installation works implementation of author's supervision of construction As a result of cooperation with developers and contractors, more than 100 construction projects have been implemented.
